Specimen overview
This association of apophyllite and stilbite from Poona, India, features several transparent to very pale green apophyllite crystals. The largest crystals are distinguished by their glossy faces and clearly visible terminations.
At the centre of the specimen, a pale pink to salmon-coloured stilbite aggregate stands out against the white crystallisation covering part of the matrix. The specimen displays pronounced relief, which can be examined from its different viewing angles.
