Natrolite is a mineral belonging to the zeolite group, famous for its needle-shaped crystals. It is relatively fragile (5-5.5 on the Mohs scale), mainly because of its elongated crystalline structure. Handle it with care to avoid breaking the crystals.

Clean natrolite with warm water and mild soap. Use a brush with very soft bristles, such as a child's toothbrush, to gently remove any accumulated dirt.

Rinse the natrolite thoroughly under warm running water to remove any soap residue. Make sure the water is not too hot or too cold to avoid thermal shock.

Dry the mineral with a soft cloth or let it air dry on a paper towel.
