This quartz point from Brazil is displayed vertically on a stand. The specimen is dominated by a slender prismatic crystal with well-defined faces and a clearly visible termination.
The quartz is mainly transparent to slightly translucent. Natural internal veils, small inclusions and structural features become more visible depending on the viewing angle and lighting.
The upper section displays a more complex structure, with additional crystal growth attached to one face of the main crystal. Fine growth striations visible across the faces enhance the relief of this quartz point.
Measuring 40 mm wide and 80 mm high, with a weight of 156 g including the stand, this Brazilian quartz has a vertical silhouette and a suitable format for a collector mineral display.
