This bicolour tourmaline from Minas Gerais, Brazil, shows an elongated crystal with faces clearly marked by longitudinal striations visible along its full height. The upper part displays a pink to rosy colour, while the lower part is darker, in dark brown to nearly black tones. This visible colour transition gives the crystal a clear and balanced bicolour appearance.
With dimensions of 7 mm in width and 21 mm in height, this tourmaline belongs to the category of small mineral specimens, while still offering a clear reading of its structure and colour contrast.
